Can anybody experienced please help me explain few uncelar questions about status and control words for drives , for example i use siemens g120 here .
1. If i use for example telegram 352 PZD 6/6 in sinamics starter - It means that i can use 6 CW and 6 SW ? I mean here for 352 telegram , i can see that for recieve direction tab it use STW1(control word 16b) and NSOLL_A(speed setpoint 16b) so it is only 2 words used out of 6 for recieve direction ?
If i use 350 telegram instead i can see that there will appear 4 new different words for this telegram(so if i understand this telegrams just generate me words by default to save me time with inerconnection ??) , so as it is 4/4 , does it mean that for 350 telegram it is used 4words out of 4 ?
Back to telegram 352 , if i choose now transmit direction i can see that there are all 6 word out of 6
ZSW1(status word 16b) and another speed values ,encoder values, torque values, actual alarm and warn codes , so it mean there are used 6 out of 6 ? If yes why for recieve direction only 2 out of 6 used for 352 telegram ?
2. If there are empty bits inside CW 1 and SW 1 i can define here my own parameters i wanna use?
3. In interconnections tab what is difference betwen Connector and Biconnector inputs and outputs
Can i extend telegram 352 with interconnecting for example to PZD number 12( P 2050 in Connector Output tab , with for example torque setpoint ) (if i have only 6/6 PZD) ?
4. In step7 or tia portal there are bits for CW1 and SW1 that have to be pernamently turned on to for example to be able to use run control bit for CW (16#47F) or reverse direction (i have to turned on first 7 bits of CW1 and bit 10 , and to be able to tell motor go reverse i have to turn on bit 11 it this combination right ? So any other bit i want use in that word i will simply use this 7 bits and 10th bit and just add bit to that combination which i want control so when motor pot up or down i will add bit 13 or 14 to that combination ?
And to be able to do something with drive i have to get back some important bits too in SW1 like Ready bit etc ... ?
If i will use Run Control bit (16#47F) CW how i define then speed for motor with hex value .
