In the continuation of our lessons on how to use the tools within our programming environment, this lesson will instruct you on how to find addresses which do not have tags assigned.
This is the opposite of what we found in the previous lessons search for unused tags. This search will show you any address that you have used within the program but did not assign a tag name to it. You will find that this search tool exists in Step 7 however TIA Portal has a different way of handling addresses so jump right in and let’s see how to use these tools in the different environments.
